SOLUTION SUMMARYFor telecom contractors

IS PORTAL tracks connection and service requests from creation to final status. A work order links the task, assignee, materials used and work result.

Requests and work orders

Important to know
before the start

01What path does a request take in IS PORTAL?

The request is created, receives the type of work, the responsible person and the time of execution. After field visit, the employee records the result and materials, and the request moves to the final status according to the agreed process.

02Can consumables be linked to a work order?

Yes. Used inventory is written off against the work order. Material kits and write-off limits can be configured for job types.

03How to restore the request execution history?

View the change history of a specific request. Check out the demo to see what changes, dates, and member details are available for your process.
