01What can the field technician do from the phone?
In the mobile interface, the field technician receives tasks, reports on completed work and writes off inventory. At the demonstration, we will go through your working scenario on the team's phones.
02Does the mobile interface work without the Internet?
No. The mobile interface works online only: a connection is required to receive tasks, report work and write off inventory. There is no offline mode at the moment.
03Do I need to install a separate app?
Name the devices used by the team - at the demo we will show how to access the mobile interface and agree on the device requirements.
