If crews are difficult to organize
Focus on technician assignment, deadlines, site reporting and material use. Check whether the office and crew see the current status of the same work order.
If you already have an ERP or financial accounting system
Determine where reference data, materials, acceptance certificates and payments are stored and what data must be transferred. Estimates and warehouse functions in IS PORTAL do not imply complete ERP replacement: agree the required accounting scope and integrations.
